1. Agreement

By using this website, submitting the contact form, or booking a free digital presence audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These services are offered to business owners aged 18 or over.

2. Services

Suraj Nagarwal provides digital presence services for hair care businesses, including website design and build, Instagram profile and content setup, and Google Business Profile optimization. The exact deliverables, timeline, and fee for your project are set out in a written proposal or scope agreed with you before work begins. If anything in that proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies.

3. Free audit

The free digital presence audit is an informational review and short call. It carries no obligation for either side, does not create a client relationship, and does not guarantee that we will take on your project.

4. No guarantee of results

Descriptions of past work, concept designs, and timelines on this site are illustrative examples of what a build can look like — not promises of specific outcomes. We do not guarantee any level of bookings, revenue, followers, search ranking, or ad performance. Results depend on your market, pricing, service quality, and your own ongoing effort. Concept mockups shown in the portfolio are our own sample designs, not client work, unless explicitly labelled otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, and photos on time.
• Confirm you have the right to use every logo, photo, and text you send us, including client photos where consent is required.
• Give timely feedback and account access where needed to complete the work.
• Keep your own logins secure after handover.

Delays in materials or feedback will move the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, and payment schedule are stated in your proposal. Work usually begins after the deposit is received. Unless your proposal says otherwise, deposits cover scheduled time and initial work and are non-refundable once work has started. Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

7. Ownership and handover

On full payment, you own the final website, brand assets, and content created for your project, along with the accounts and logins set up for you. We keep ownership of our underlying templates, tools, and working methods. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Third-party platforms

Projects rely on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), hosting providers, and booking tools. Their availability, policies, pricing, and review or approval decisions are their own, and we are not responsible for changes or account actions they take.

9. Cancellation

Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed and time reserved up to that date; we hand over the assets covered by payments already made.

10. Website content and intellectual property

The text, design, and images on this website belong to Suraj Nagarwal or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without written consent. Use of this site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes is not permitted.

11. Disclaimer and liability

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis and are for general information only, not legal, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy and advertising

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Our advertising on Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta’s advertising policies and terms; those platforms are independent of us.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
